1. Quiénes somos y a qué aplica
No van a ningún servidor nuestro.

1. Who we are and scope
This policy describes how AvisaCarga VIP (hereafter, “the app”) handles data.
It is the ad-free edition of AvisaCarga, an Android application published by the developer
amdev. It applies to the app com.amdev.avisacarga.vip downloaded
from Google Play. By using it, you accept this policy.
AvisaCarga VIP finds electric-vehicle charging points near you and notifies you when one that was occupied becomes free. It has no servers of its own: there is no place of ours where your data is sent or stored.
This is the policy of the VIP edition. The free edition is funded by advertising, so it also processes the advertising identifier and has its own policy: amdev.es/privacidad_avisacarga. If the free edition is what you installed, that is the one that applies to you.
2. What data the app processes
2.1. Your location
It is the only personal data the app needs in order to work, and it is optional: you can use the app without granting the permission.
- What it is used for. To find charging points around you, to sort them by distance, and — when you check the status of a point whose identifier the provider does not recognise — to locate it by where it is.
- What leaves your device. The coordinates travel to the data providers listed in section 5, together with the search radius. They never go to a server of ours.
- What stays. The last known location is stored on your own phone, so the app can search around it next time without asking again.
- If you do not grant it. The app still works, searching around a default location in Madrid. The screen tells you so at the time.
- Not in the background. The periodic checks of the chargers you are watching use the position of the charger, which comes from the public catalogue, not yours. The app does not track your location while you are not using it.
2.2. What is stored on your device and never leaves it
- The search radius and how often alerts are checked.
- The app theme (light, dark or the system one).
- The chargers you have put under watch, with their identifier and position.
- The last known location, as explained in 2.1.
None of this is synced, backed up to the cloud or shared. If you uninstall the app, it is gone. And there is no advertising decision to store, because there is no advertising here.
3. No ads: there is nothing to consent to
AvisaCarga VIP is paid once and carries no advertising. Specifically, the app ships
neither the Google AdMob SDK nor the consent platform, and it does not request
the advertising ID permission (AD_ID): there is no identifier to process
and no personalisation to consent to. That is why you will see no consent message, no banner and
no video, and there is no ad-privacy screen in settings — not because it is
hidden, but because there is nothing behind it.
The practical consequence is what you are paying for: alerts are armed instantly, without watching any ad. In the free edition an alert is paid for by watching a rewarded ad, which is why that edition does request consent; here there is nothing to pay.
We use no analytics, measurement or telemetry tool of any kind either. The only third party that receives anything is the one in section 5, and it receives your location, never an identifier of yours.
4. Permissions the app uses
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION |
To find chargers near you and locate a point by its position. Optional: without it the app works with a default location. |
INTERNET |
To query the data providers listed in section 5. |
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE |
To know whether the phone is online. It gives access to no data of yours: it only reports whether there is a connection. |
POST_NOTIFICATIONS |
To send you the alert that a charger has become free. |
FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC |
To keep the watch running while you wait. |
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and WAKE_LOCK |
So the checks happen on time. |
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED |
So your watches keep working after you restart your phone. |
VIBRATE |
So the “charger free” alert vibrates, if you have vibration enabled. |
Except for location, which is optional, none of these permissions gives access to any data of
yours: they only let the alert arrive on time and keep working. The app does not request
storage permission, and does not access your contacts, photos, files, microphone or
camera. Nor does it request the advertising identifier
(AD_ID), because there are no ads.
5. Charging-point data providers
To find out which chargers are nearby and whether they are free, the app queries public services. They receive no identifier of yours, only the position needed to answer the query:
- Open Charge Map — the list of charging points around you. It receives the latitude, longitude, search radius and maximum number of results. Its policy.
- Red Eléctrica de España — REVE (
mapareve.es) — whether a specific point is free or occupied. It receives the point’s identifier and, when that identifier is not recognised, a geographic bounding box around its position so it can be located. - MITECO — Geoportal de Gasolineras
(
geoportalgasolineras.es) — the official charging-point catalogue for each province. A copy travels inside the app so it works offline; only the catalogue of the province you want to refresh is downloaded.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from any child. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the app, write to us and we will help you delete any data.
7. Retention and deletion
Everything the app stores lives only on your device. To delete it, simply clear the app’s data (Settings → Apps → AvisaCarga VIP → Clear data) or uninstall it. No copy remains on our servers, because there are none.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to antoniomartinezdeveloper@gmail.com.
In practice, you can exercise most of them yourself, without depending on anyone:
- Delete everything. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes everything it had stored from your phone.
- Location. You can revoke the permission at any time from system settings.
There is nothing else to exercise: with no advertising, there is no consent to withdraw and no advertising identifier to reset.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
9. Security and changes
Communications with the data providers always use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and whatever the app stores stays in its internal storage, which the operating system isolates from other applications. Since we have no servers of our own, there is no remote place where your data could leak.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new date.
